This week we will focus more on self love. It is my belief that we can never have too much love . . . of ourselves or others. Have you ever noticed when you get rushed you get irritable? Well I have myself. Where are we going so fast? This week I invite you focus on how you are in this moment and what you notice. Beginning with a deep conscious breath, see, feel, hear, smell what is around you at that moment. Have fun expanding your senses and enjoyment of a moment in time. In love, SJ
