About SJ

Welcome to new Possibilities

Come this far. Who to trust on the continuing journey?

Great question.  Trust oneself and one's intuition about who to walk with. Easy small steps are best as it takes time to trust.  In time, clarity will come and stepping forward will feel safe.

At any point along the way,  it is important to be an active participant and out loud what you feel.

I have trained in various modalities of therapy:

  • Gestalt therapy, Relaxation therapy,
  • Transactional Analysis, (I'm OK You're OK)
  • Conversational hypnosis,
  • Musical journeying, Guided imagery, Toning
  • Energy work ( I am a Reiki Master),
  • Integrative breath work,
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

I am committed to ongoing study  with a spiritual advisor because I believe that therapy is a spiritual process. I have taken spirituality to greater depth in my own life.

I use music and other modalities to help unlock spiritual healing and creative abilities in each individual I work with.

I see my work as a therapist is to help each person find the answers that live within them, and guide them to be  true to those answers.

For leisure, I love to be outdoors in nature, sing, write songs, play and practice piano and guitar, write poetry, plant  flowers, play with my grandchildren and much, much more. Creativity wears many faces and I feel is essential to my connection with Spirit.

I am or was a Yankee. I have lived in Fort Worth, Texas since 1971. I began my life’s journey in North Little Rock, Arkansas and my friends still call me a Yankee. I did grow up in New Jersey so they are half right. It took about six months for me to adjust the different pace from NYC to Fort Worth. Now I love Fort Worth.

Again thank you for joining me on this journey of life.  Peace, love and joy to you.
